Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

Eligibility

By registering an Account with ash88, you represent and warrant that:

• You are a resident of Indonesia and are at least 21 years of age. ash88 strictly enforces the 21+ age policy across all products and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of a third party.
• You are not located in, or a national or resident of, any Restricted Territory in which accessing or using the Platform is prohibited by applicable law.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of ash88 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or terminated by ash88 for breach of these Terms.
• You understand and accept that online gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose funds wagered on the Platform.

Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each Player may hold only one Account with ash88. Opening or attempting to open multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, device identifiers, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ash88 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close any duplicate accounts and to void all wagers and winnings associated with them.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document, a valid email address, and a valid Indonesian mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date. Providing false information is grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ash88 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. ash88 will never ask for your password via any channel. Any wagers placed using your credentials — whether authorised by you or not — are your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, contact [email protected] immediately and ash88 will take reasonable steps to secure your Account.

3.4 KYC Verification

ash88 operates a KYC programme in accordance with anti-money laundering best practices. Before processing any withdrawal, ash88 may request:

• A clear photograph or scan of a government-issued identity document (national ID card / KTP, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of registered address (e.g., recent utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a photograph of the bank passbook or e-wallet account screen showing your registered name).

ash88 will endeavour to complete KYC review within 24 hours of receiving complete documentation. Accounts pending KYC may continue to place wagers but withdrawals will be held until verification is confirmed.

3.5 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method within five business days, subject to completion of outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary Account closure unless rollover conditions have been fully met.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ash88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. ash88 may add or remove payment methods at its discretion without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

4.3 Same-Name Payment Policy

ash88 strictly enforces a same-name payment policy. The name registered on your ash88 Account must exactly match the name registered on the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits and withdrawals. Transactions originating from third-party payment sources will be rejected and returned to the originating account. ash88 accepts no liability for funds lost due to player non-compliance with this policy.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. For fully KYC-verified accounts, ash88 targets a processing time of under three minutes. Withdrawals may be subject to additional review if they trigger ash88's automated risk or anti-money laundering controls. ash88 charges no withdrawal fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses and promotions offered by ash88 are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players who have a fully registered and verified ash88 Account in good standing.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the promotion expressly states otherwise.
• Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times stated in the promotion terms before any portion of the balance — including the original deposit where applicable — may be withdrawn.
• Bonus Funds may not be transferred between players or converted to real money without satisfying rollover requirements.
• ash88 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion, including reclaiming Bonus Funds already credited, if it reasonably suspects the promotion is being abused, exploited, or claimed in bad faith.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

New players who register and make their first qualifying deposit on ash88 are eligible for a 100% welcome bonus up to Rp 1.500.000. The welcome bonus is subject to a minimum deposit of Rp 50.000 and a rollover requirement of 5x (five times the combined deposit and bonus amount) on eligible sportsbook markets with minimum odds of 1.50, or 25x on eligible slot games. The welcome bonus expires 30 days after crediting. Incomplete rollover at expiry results in forfeiture of remaining Bonus Funds.

5.3 Ongoing Promotions

ash88 regularly offers reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Imlek, and Indonesian Independence Day. Each promotion carries its own specific terms. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the terms of any promotion before opting in. 5.4 Bonus Abuse

ash88 employs automated systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting patterns designed to satisfy rollover requirements with minimal exposure; use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; exploitation of errors or system glitches; and coordinated wagering between associated accounts. Any Account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have its Bonus Funds and associated winnings voided, and the Account may be permanently suspended.

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sportsbook

All sportsbook wagers are governed by ash88's Sportsbook Rules, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. ash88 offers markets on football (including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, Piala AFF, and FIFA World Cup qualifying), badminton, MotoGP, E-sports (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire), and other sporting events. Mix parlay (Indonesia's term for accumulator bets combining multiple selections), voor bola (Asian handicap), and bandar bola (market-maker style betting) products are offered subject to their respective rules.

ash88 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its sole discretion, including in cases of manifest pricing errors, suspected match manipulation, or system error. Void wagers are returned to the player's real-money balance at stake value.

6.2 Live Casino

Live casino games are provided by certified third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. Game rules and payout structures for each live table are displayed within the game interface. ash88 is not liable for decisions made by live dealers or outcomes determined by independently certified random-number generators. All live casino games are denominated in IDR.

6.3 Slot Games

6.4 Disconnection Policy

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ash88 and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using ash88 if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated system to place wagers or exploit any Platform feature.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, pricing errors, or system glitches for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring of transactions, or use of the Platform to conceal the source of funds.
• Colluding with other players or external parties to manipulate game outcomes or wagering markets.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ash88 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal, recreational gambling.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's Account without authorisation.

Intellectual Property

All content on the ash88 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of ash88 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, recreational gambling purposes. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform; reverse-engineer any software component of the Platform; or use ash88's trademarks, trade dress, or branding without prior written consent.

Third-party game content (including slot games, live casino feeds, and branded sporting data) remains the intellectual property of the respective providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Pocket Games Soft, Spribe, NetEnt, and Microgaming.

Privacy & Data

ash88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ash88 implements 256-bit SSL encryption across all pages of the Platform. Player data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• ash88's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the net real-money balance held in that Player's Account at the time the cause of action arises.
• ash88 is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if ash88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• ash88 does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may occasionally affect Platform availability.
• ash88 is not liable for losses caused by third-party payment processor failures, telecommunications disruptions, power outages, or any event outside ash88's reasonable control (force majeure).
• ash88 is not responsible for the accuracy of odds, statistics, or sports data provided by third-party data feeds, though it takes reasonable measures to ensure such data is current and accurate.

Termination & Suspension

11.1 Termination by ash88

ash88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or collusion.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after request.
• Discovery that the Player is under 21 years of age.
• Provision of false or misleading registration information.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Clause 7.
• Compliance with a legal obligation, regulatory direction, or court order.

Upon termination for cause, any real-money Balance may be held pending investigation. If fraud or material breach is confirmed, ash88 reserves the right to forfeit part or all of the Balance in accordance with applicable law. Bonus Funds are forfeited in all cases of termination for cause.

11.2 Termination by the Player

You may close your Account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. ash88 will process the closure within two business days and return any eligible real-money Balance to your verified payment method, subject to outstanding KYC requirements. Voluntary account closures under ash88's responsible gaming self-exclusion programme are processed immediately upon request.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to ash88's operating jurisdiction, as registered internationally.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and ash88, the Player should first contact ash88's customer support team at [email protected] with a detailed description of the complaint. ash88 undertakes to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and to provide a substantive response within five business days.

If a complaint cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration before a mutually agreed independent arbitration body. Players retain any rights afforded to them by mandatory consumer protection laws in their jurisdiction that cannot be excluded by agreement.

Amendments to These Terms

ash88 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account at least seven days before the changes take effect, except where ash88 is required to implement changes immediately for legal or regulatory reasons.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date and withdraw your real-money Balance.
